Before picture - the rose was wilted and rusty and had glue spots where someone had tried to glue it back together. The rose came apart when I hand washed the petals with a damp sponge. I took off all petals that were loose, hand washed them individually and reblocked them then reconstructed the rose, sewing it together. For the amazing results see the William J. album.
